Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing UFC ("the Project"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not consent to these conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the service.

2. Service Description

The Project serves as a data aggregation and verification platform. We synchronize User IDs (UIDs) submitted by users with data sets provided by integrated third-party platforms—including Proprietary Trading Firms, Exchange Platforms, and Trading Tools like LiveCopier ("Partners")—to generate a verified dashboard of performance results.

3. User Responsibility

Account Ownership: It is your responsibility to ensure that any UID submitted is accurate and represents an account under your direct ownership.

Integrity: You agree to maintain the integrity of the platform and will not utilize the Project to misrepresent trading history or attempt any manipulation of verification results.

4. Third-Party Reliance

Data Accuracy: Verification results are strictly dependent on the data provided by our Partners. The Project maintainers are not liable for inaccuracies, transmission delays, or technical errors contained within third-party data sets.

No Affiliation: We operate as an independent verification entity. We are not an agent, partner, or legal representative of any proprietary trading firm, exchange platform, or copy-trading service.

5. No Financial Advice

This service is provided exclusively as a tracking and visualization tool. We do not offer financial, investment, or trading advice. Users assume all risks associated with their activity on any third-party integrated platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Project is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainers of UFC shall not be held liable for financial losses, data discrepancies, or service interruptions.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by general principles of international commercial law. Any disputes arising shall be settled through good-faith negotiation. By utilizing the service, you waive any right to participate in class-action litigation.

8. Contact

For support or inquiries regarding these Terms, please contact the Project maintainers via our official support channels.
